Preparation Method :
- Combine all ingredients together along with the ground masala paste and divide into equal-sized portions. Pass a skewer through each and form into seekh kababs.
- Grill over an open flame till they slide off easily. Before serving, fry them in hot oil.
- Serve with spicy mint chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Fish cleaned, skinned, boned and minced
- 2 Eggs beaten
- Bread slices soaked in water and squeezed
- Few drops Mint juice
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil to fry
Grind To a Fine Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Green chillies
- 100 grams Onions minced
