Preparation Method :
- Clean the fish with the pinch of salt and lemon juice.
- Cut the fish into pieces.
- Heat the sesame oil in the pan and fry the onion till it becomes translucent. Add the turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, green chillies and garlic and ginger and mix it well.
- Marinate the fish pieces with above Fried masalas, Soya Sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil for 30 minutes.
- Wrap each marinated fish piece in a foil sheet.
- Steam the fish in a steamer for 15 minutes.
- Once done, open the foil sheet and Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of fish
- 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cumin Powder
- 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
- 3 Green Chilles, sliced
- 3 onions, sliced
- 6-7 Pods Garlic, cut into thin julienne
- 1″ Fresh Ginger, cut into thin julienne
- 3 table spoon of IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- ½ tablespoon of turmeric powder
- Foil sheets
