SPICY FISH MOUSSE

Preparation Method :
- Dissolve the gelatine in boiling water. Add the cream and mayonnaise to it and chill thoroughly.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients and add the mixture to the gelatine as soon as it begins to set. Chill until firm. Unmould onto a flat dish, cut into pieces and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams Fish, steamed and flaked
- 50 ml Boiling water
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- ½ Cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoon Gelatine soaked in 50 ml cold water
- 25 grams Celery finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Mushrooms, chopped
- 50 grams Cream, whipped
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Tomato sauce
- ½ teaspoon Chilli sauce
- Pepper and salt to taste
