SMOKED FISH PATE

Preparation Method :

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process for about 20-30 seconds or until smooth, but still retaining a little texture.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 peppered smoked mackerel fillets, skin removed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 150 grams packet of low-fat soft cheese
  • 1 tablespoon creamed horseradish sauce
