Preparation Method :
- Combine the milk with butter, fish and flour paste. Cook on a low flame, stirring till creamy.
- Add the egg yolks, stirring well as you pour. Serve at once.

- 750 grams Rohu fish, cleaned, rinsed, boiled, deboned and mashed well
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour, mixed with a little milk
- 2 Egg yolks, beaten with little milk
- Pepper and salt to taste
