FISH BENEDICT

Preparation Method :

  • White Sauce: Mix the butter, flour, milk and seasoning. Add half the grated cheese, mustard and the Worcester sauce to it.
  • Cook on a low flame till the cheese melts completely.
  • Apply butter on one side of each toast, spread the fish paste and then the cheese paste on it.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and grill till the cheese melts.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • Bread slices, toasted
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 150 grams Cheese, grated
  • 150 grams Fish paste
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly-made mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester Sauce
  • Pepper and salt to taste
