Preparation Method :
- White Sauce: Mix the butter, flour, milk and seasoning. Add half the grated cheese, mustard and the Worcester sauce to it.
 - Cook on a low flame till the cheese melts completely.
 - Apply butter on one side of each toast, spread the fish paste and then the cheese paste on it.
 - Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and grill till the cheese melts.
 - Serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- Bread slices, toasted
 - 200 ml Milk
 - 150 grams Cheese, grated
 - 150 grams Fish paste
 - 1 tablespoon Flour
 - 2 tablespoon Butter
 - 1 teaspoon Freshly-made mustard
 - 1 teaspoon Worcester Sauce
 - Pepper and salt to taste
