Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients except yolk and breadcrumbs.
- Shape into 16 equal golf balls and lay on a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle each with a little grated yolk and breadcrumbs.
- Top each with butter and bake in a hot oven for 12 - 15 minutes at 190°C / 350°F / Gas mark 5.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Fish fillets, cleaned, washed, boiled, deboned and flaked
- 100 grams Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Bread crumbs
- 350 grams Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
- 2 Eggs, hard-boiled, separated and grated
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Pepper and salt to taste
