Preparation Method :
- Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the chopped ingredients for a while. Add the ground paste and fry till the ghee separates. Add the powdered spices and half the buttermilk.
- Add fish pieces and cook on a low flame for 15 minutes, turn the fish carefully and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams small pieces of Fish, cleaned, rinsed, drained and fried till golden brown
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 50 grams Ghee
- 1 tablespoon Coriander seed powder
- 9 Green chillies
- 1 " piece Ginger
- 9 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Grind to a fine paste
- 4 bunches Fenugreek leaves
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves
