FISH AND MACARONI DELIGHT

Preparation Method :
- Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the onion till translucent. Add flour and fry for another one minute.
- Add the fish and adjust seasoning, cook for about 5 minutes and add the macaroni along with the stock.
- Cook till the fish is tender.
- Then stir in the sauces and cream. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Fish, cleaned, cut into medium cubes, rinsed and boiled
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
- 1½ teaspoon Chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 75 grams Macaroni, boiled in the strained fish stock
- 75 grams Fresh whipped cream
- Pepper and salt to taste
