DELICIOUS FISH LOAF

Preparation Method :
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion lightly. Add flour and stir for a minute.
- Add the tomato juice and cook for some more time. Add seasoning and after simmering for 2-3 minutes, remove from flame.
- Add the mashed fish and bread crumbs. Mix well, add the egg and blend.
- Grease a loaf tin with oil and dust with bread crumbs. Fold in the mixture. Bake in a moderately hot oven for about 1 hour. Let cool and unmould.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams Fish, cleaned, washed, boiled, deboned and mashed
- 150 ml Tomato juice
- 75 grams Bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 Egg beaten lightly
- Pepper and salt to taste
