CREAMED FISH TREAT

Preparation Method :

  • Combine the cream and sauce and mix well. Grease a baking dish and lay the seasoned fillets on it.
  • Pour a tablespoon of the sauce mixture over each fillet, cover with foil and bake in a hot oven for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams Firm white fish fillets, seasoned    
  • 75 grams Thick cream, whipped    
  • 1 tablespoon Butter    
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce    
  • Pepper and salt to taste
