CITRUS FISH WONDER

Preparation Method :

  • Grease a pie dish with butter and lay the fish fillets in it. Sprinkle the seasoning, pour the juices with some water to cover the fish if needed.
  • Bake till well done in a moderately hot oven.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams Boneless fish fillets, cleaned, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Butter to grease
