- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the fish pieces in small batches till golden brown on all sides. Drain and keep aside.
- Bring the buttermilk to a boil and when it starts simmering add the fish, salt and turmeric powder. Cook for about 20-22 minutes.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Fish, cleaned, cut into pieces, rinsed and drained
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 500 ml Buttermilk
- Ghee as required
- Salt to taste
