BOUILLABAISSE

In just ten minutes, you can now create a very delicious and delectable recipe called Bouillabaisse. All you have to do is to prepare all the ingredients such as tomatoes, leeks, fish, garni, salt, pepper, saffron, and so on. This dish is perfect for those who are on a diet.

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Clean, wash and cut fish into large pieces. Combine the cooking oil, sliced onions, leeks (white parts) cut into thin strips, tomatoes peeled, seeded and crushed, crushed garlic cloves, bouquet garni, saffron, fennel, and finally the pieces of hogfish, angler, conger eel and saint pierre. Cover with water. Season with salt, pepper and slices.
  • Close and cook for 5 minutes from the pressure cooker hissing.
  • After cooking, open and add the pieces of whiting and mullet. Close again and cook for 5 minutes more, from the pressure cooker hissing. Put the broth on slices of dry bread in a tureen and serve the fish separately in a bowl.
  • Serve very hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 kg fish (hogfish, angler, conger eel, saint pierre, whiting, red mullet) 
  • 500 grams tomatoes 
  • 2 large onions 
  • 250 grams leeks 
  • Garlic cloves 
  • 100 ml Cooking oil
  • 1 bouquet garni 
  • Saffron 
  • Fennel 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • 16 slices dry bread
