Preparation Method :
- Marinate the mackerel pieces with salt for half an hour.
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add the ground masala paste with garlic paste and fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the mackerel pieces and adjust seasoning with salt. Simmer till done.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg Medium-sized mackerels, cleaned and cut into large pieces
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
- Salt to taste
Grind to a fine paste
- Red chillies, to taste
- 2 -3 cubeb pepper/ Allspice
- 1 " piece Ginger
- Lemon- sized ball Tamarind
