MACKEREL IN A BAG
Mackerel in a Bag is such a tempting and mouth-watery dish you would want to eat for the rest of your lives! Kidding aside, this is really delicious and can satisfy you to the point of wanting it for more! There are many ingredients added like ground black pepper, salt, chopped fresh sage, small mackerel and lemon!

Preparation Method :
- Place lemon on each mackerel and sprinkle with the sage. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly oil 4 pieces of greaseproof paper cut large enough to enclose the fish.
- Place the mackerel on the oiled paper and fold over to form a parcel, tucking in the ends to seal.
- Bake in a preheated moderately hot oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish is tender.
- Serve the mackerel in the paper parcels.

- 20 slices of lemon
- 8 small mackerel, cleaned
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh sage or 2 teaspoon dried sage
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Cooking oil
