SMOKED HADDOCK KEDGEREE
Smoked Haddock Kedgeree is such a tempting and nice dish to prepare for the Sunday to come! Don’t worry because it can be prepared for only thirty minutes! For sure, it won’t be boredom because it can instantly be prepared! Pay attention to other ingredients as well such as black pepper, peas, smoked haddock, rice, salt, parsley!

Preparation Method :
- Place the haddock in a saucepan. Poach in the minimum of water for about 12 minutes until tender, then drain and flake into small pieces.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes, then drain. Cook the peas and chopped onion in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes, then drain.
- Mix the fish, rice, peas, onion, and chopped hard- boiled eggs and curry paste together, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

- 150 grams long-grain rice
