SMOKED COD JUMBLE
Smoked Cod Jumble brings its delicious and tempting taste so that you would want to prepare for it over a long weekend! This is entirely made with ingredients like-tomatoes, skimmed milk, spring onions, ground black pepper, haddock fillets and margarine!

Preparation Method :
- Cook the macaroni for 10 to 15 minutes in plenty of boiling, slightly salted water. Drain well.
- Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the milk and fish, then cover and cook very gently for 10 minutes, or until the fish is tender.
- Remove the lid; add the cooked macaroni, tomatoes and spring onions.
- Season with salt and pepper. Stir the mixture lightly to avoid breaking up the fish, and reheat well.
- Serve.

- 500 grams whole meal macaroni
- 50 grams margarine
- 6 tablespoons skimmed milk
- 500 grams smoked cod or haddock fillets, skinned and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 8 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 10 spring onions, trimmed and chopped
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
