YUMMY FISH FILLETS ON TOAST

Preparation Method :
- Season the flour with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices and make sure to butter them when warm.
- Dust the fish fillets with the seasoned flour and deep fry in hot oil till golden on both sides. Remove from heat, drain and set aside.
- Combine the mayonnaise with the lemon juice. Put a fish fillet on each toast, garnish with mayonnaise and serve.

- 4 Fish fillets, washed and drained
- 4 Bread slices, crusts removed
- 1 teaspoon Flour
- ½ teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- Cooking oil to fry
- Salt and pepper, to taste
