RED MULLET FILLETS WITH AN AUBERGINE AND LIME COMPOTE
This red mullet fillets with an aubergine and lime compote is cooked with palatable ingredients like mullet fillets, aubergines, limes, pepper, olive oil, mushroom and other indispensable flavorings. This special dish completely satisfies your food cravings and will definitely enjoy its every bite.

Preparation Method :
- Preheat the oven.
- Cut the aubergines in two lengthways and prickle them with a fork.
- Sprinkle with salt and bake in the oven with a little olive oil for about 50 minutes, depending on size.
- When cooked, peel the aubergines and mash them. Add salt and pepper, chopped basil.
- A few drops lime juice, button mushrooms and olive oil.
- Place this aubergine compote in the 6 mini oval dishes, add the fish fillets. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Add fresh basil.
- Serve immediately.
