FISH FILLETS FLAVORED WITH MUSTARD

Preparation Method :
- Mix together the mustard paste, red chilies, salt, tomato paste and lemon juice. Marinate the fish fillets in this mixture for 1-2 hours.
- Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan, saute onions and garlic until transparent.
- Gently place the fillets in the pan and cook, turning frequently, so that both the sides are evenly browned.
- Pour the remaining marinade along with half a cup of water over the fillets.
- Cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander and accompanied by any Indian bread of choice.

- 2 teaspoon Red chilies, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Mustard paste
- 5 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 Onions, chopped
- 6 Garlic cloves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon Cooking Oil
