TOMATO FLAVOURED FRIED FISH

Preparation Method :
- Mix together the corn flour paste with egg and seasoning to a thick batter.
- Dip the fish pieces in the batter one- by-one and deep fry in hot oil till well browned on both sides. Remove, drain and arrange on a serving platter.
- Cook the tomato sauce with the ground pastes and seasoning for about 5 minutes. Pour this hot sauce, over the fried fish just before serving.
- Serve garnished with grated cheese.
INGREDIENTS
- 8-10 Boneless fish pieces, rinsed and drained
- 75 grams Corn flour mixed with 1 cup milk
- 175 grams Tomato sauce
- IDHAYAM sesame oil to fry
- Chilli powder to taste
- 1 Egg beaten well
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Grated cheese to taste
Ground to a Paste
- 1 Onion
- 1" piece Ginger ground to a paste
