Preparation Method :
- Rub lemon juice onto the dried prawns and set aside. Coarsely grind sesame seeds.
- Mix the coarsely ground sesame seeds with 1 teaspoon oil and the rest of the ingredients to form a marinade. Coat the prawns with this marinade, cover the dish and put aside for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan till it starts smoking. Reduce fire to medium. Coat prawns evenly with the remaining sesame seeds and deep fry till they are crisp and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot, accompanied by chilli sauce.

- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 220 ml IDHAYAM sesame Oil
- ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 10 King prawns, Wash, clean and devein prawns
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Green coriander, chopped
