Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients except oil and divide into 6 equal portions. Shape into round cakes and fry in hot oil till golden on both sides.
- Serve hot with sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- 350 grams Boneless fish, cleaned and minced
- 25 grams Onion, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Ajinomoto
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Cabbage shredded
- 2 teaspoon Soya sauce
- Cooking oil to fry
- Salt to taste
- Sweet and sour sauce
