Preparation Method :
- Combine all ingredients except rice flour and oil. Marinate the prawns in the mixture for an hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the prawns along with the marinade and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle rice flour and continue tossing in oil for a few more minutes. Serve hot with rotis.

- 350 grams Fresh prawns, shelled, deveined washed and drained
- 75 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 90 grams Tomato ketchup
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds powdered
- 1 tablespoon Rice flour
- Chilli powder and salt, to taste
