MASALA FRIED FISH

Preparation Method :
- Heat a tablespoon of oil and shallow-fry the fish pieces till golden on both sides. Remove from heat, drain well and keep aside.
- Reheat the oil and fry the onions, garlic, ground masala paste and salt for about a minute.
- Add the beaten curd and bring to a boil. Add the fish pieces and cook covered for about 2 minutes or until the fish turns tender.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Fish, cleaned, sliced and rinsed
- 150 grams Onions, thinly sliced
- 4-6 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 75 grams Tomato sauce
- IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- 150 grams Curd, beaten
Grind to a fine paste
- 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds, roasted
- 50 grams Coconut, grated
- 6 Green chillies
