MACKEREL FISH CAKES
Mackerel Fish Cakes is somewhat an impressive food to eat because of its colorful appearance! Not only you would be interested with its appeal, but mainly due to its nutritious ingredients which follows; canned mackerel, cooked potatoes, curry powder, salt, ground black pepper and vegetable oil!

Preparation Method :
- If using canned mackerel, drain well. Mash the fish and potatoes together using a fork and potato masher. Mix in the curry powder and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the grill rack with foil and brush or spray with oil.
- Shape the mixture into 12 fish cakes and place under a hot grill. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.

- 750 grams cooked or canned mackerel
- 750 grams cooked potatoes
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Cooking oil
