Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients together except the oil to make a thick batter.
- Divide the batter into marble-sized balls and deep fry in hot oil to a golden brown colour. Remove and drain on a paper napkin.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
INGREDIENTS
- 220 grams Shrimps, cooked and minced
- 2 tablespoon Ginger juice
- 1 tablespoon Wine or sherry
- Pinch of Ajinomoto
- Corn flour as required
- 1 Egg white beaten lightly
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil to deep fry
- Pepper and salt to taste
