FRIED SHRIMP BALLS

15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients together except the oil to make a thick batter.
  • Divide the batter into marble-sized balls and deep fry in hot oil to a golden brown colour. Remove and drain on a paper napkin.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.

INGREDIENTS

  • 220 grams Shrimps, cooked and minced
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger juice
  • 1 tablespoon Wine or sherry
  • Pinch of Ajinomoto
  • Corn flour as required
  • 1 Egg white beaten lightly
  • IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil to deep fry
  • Pepper and salt to taste
