Preparation Method :
- Marinate the fish with the spices, curd and the ground paste for about one hour.
- Heat the fat in a pan, deep fry the whole fish on both sides, on a medium flame till crisp and brown.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams Pomfret cleaned, rinsed, drained and incised
- 100 ml Curd (beaten)
- 3 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1½ teaspoon Chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- IDHAYAM sesame oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Grind to a fine paste
- 1 chopped Onion
- ½ " piece Ginger
