FRIED FISH WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
Fried fish with sweet and sour sauce – combined with healthy and tasty foods. This ideal menu is made of egg, dry sherry, sugar, white vinegar, root ginger and other seasonings. Every fish absorbs the delicious flavorings and that marks to all people.

Preparation Method :
- Beat the egg white lightly, and then beat in the salt, sherry and 2 tablespoons of the corn flour (cornstarch) to make a smooth batter.
- Heat enough oil in a heavy-based frying pan to come half inch up the sides. Fry the fish pieces in the oil until crisp and golden; drain.
- Bring the water to the boil in a pan. Add the sugar, vinegar and ginger.
- Blend the remaining corn flour (cornstarch) with a little water and add to the pan. Simmer the sauce, stirring, until it thickens. Add the fish and reheat.
- Serve hot with boiled rice.

- 2½ tablespoons corn flour
- Cooking oil for frying
- 700 grams sole, plaice or whiting fillets, cut into pieces
- 300 ml water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grated root ginger
