FRIED FISH AND CHIPS

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Sprinkle vinegar, pepper and salt over them. Mix lightly and leave aside for about 20 minutes. Mix the egg with the cornflour.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan. Dip the fish into the egg batter, roll in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry till golden brown in hot oil.
  • Serve hot with potato chips.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6-8 Fish fillets, cleaned, rinsed and drained 
  • 60 grams Bread crumbs 
  • 2 tablespoon Corn flour 
  • 15 ml Vinegar
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 Egg (beaten) 
  • IDHAYAM Sesame Oil to deep fry
  • Potato chips to serve
