Preparation Method :
- Sprinkle vinegar, pepper and salt over them. Mix lightly and leave aside for about 20 minutes. Mix the egg with the cornflour.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Dip the fish into the egg batter, roll in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry till golden brown in hot oil.
- Serve hot with potato chips.
INGREDIENTS
- 6-8 Fish fillets, cleaned, rinsed and drained
- 60 grams Bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoon Corn flour
- 15 ml Vinegar
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- IDHAYAM Sesame Oil to deep fry
- Potato chips to serve
