Preparation Method :
- Cut fish fillet bite-sized pieces (nuggets). Drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl combine egg and yogurt. Mix well and add rice flour, salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip the fish nuggets into egg mixture to cover nuggets.
- Coat it with breadcrumbs for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, deep fry till turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.

- 1 Kilogram fish fillets
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml yogurt
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 100 grams rice flour
- 200 grams Breadcrumbs
- IDHAYAM MANTRA Peanut Oil for frying
