FISH CAKES WITH HERBS
Fish cakes with herbs – what a perfect dish for the whole family! This dish is extremely easy to prepare and you don’t need to spend a lot of money. Its main ingredients such as lemon juice, haddock, horseradish, fresh parsley and flavorings deeply reflects to its palatable and irresistible taste.

Preparation Method :
- Puree the fish in a blender or food processor with the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.
- Stir in the milk, chives, parsley and potatoes.
- Shape the mixture into 4 fish cakes and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Grill under a moderate heat for 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
- Serve with a tomato sauce and salad.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams haddock, skinned and boned
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 10 ml creamed horseradish
- 50 ml fresh milk
- 10 ml snipped fresh chives
- 10 ml chopped fresh parsley
- 250 grams potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 25 grams fresh whole meal breadcrumbs
