HOT PRAWN CURRY
The Hot Prawn Curry recipe is a very healthy dish that you can prepare everyday or even during you have a special occasion. This comes with nutritional ingredients with tomatoes, margarine, prawns, black pepper, and dessert apple. This can easily prepare for about one hour.

Preparation Method :
- Heat the Peanut oil in a pan; add the onion and fry- gently for 3 minutes until soft and golden, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the curry powder and flour and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the yogurt, apple and prawns. Return to the heat and cook gently for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes to the pan and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with lemon wedges and serve hot, with brown rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Peanut oil
- 2 small onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 teaspoons flour
- 300 ml plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 small dessert apple, cored and chopped
- 500 grams cooked, peeled prawns
- 4 tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon wedges, to garnish
