GOAN SHRIMP CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion till golden brown. Add the ground masala paste, powdered spices and salt and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the coconut and lemon juice along with the shrimps and 1 cup water. Simmer till done.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Fresh shrimps shelled and cleaned
- 100 ml IDHAYAM Sesame oil
- 1 large Onion minced
- 3 tablespoons Coconut grated
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Grind to a fine paste
- 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 " piece Ginger
- 4-6 cloves Garlic
- 6 Green chillies
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
