- Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Add all the ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the prawns and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add the soaked water and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Serve piping hot with rice or rotis.

- 175 grams Thick tomato puree
- 100 grams Onion chopped
- 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 Onion ground to a paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger - garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
