DRIED PRAWN CURRY

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Add all the ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the prawns and fry for about 2-3 minutes. Add the soaked water and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve piping hot with rice or rotis.

INGREDIENTS

  • 350 grams Dried prawns, rinsed and soaked
  • 175 grams Thick tomato puree
  • 100 grams Onion chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 Onion ground to a paste
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger - garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder 
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder 
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
