COLD CURRIED PRAWNS
The Cold Curried Prawns is made of few but highly nutritional and healthy ingredients such as sunflower oil, curry paste, salt, and wine vinegar. This dish can easily to prepare for about one hour and can serve for eight people.

Preparation Method :
- Put the prawns in a shallow dish.
- Mix the sunflower oil, curry paste and wine vinegar together.
- Add a pinch of salt, unless the prawns are already salty.
- Pour the sauce over the prawns and leave to marinate for 1 hour in a cool place, turning frequently.
- Serve the prawns in the sauce.
