COCONUT PRAWN GRAVY

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the prawns till golden brown. Drain and set aside.
- In the same oil, fry the chopped onions till golden. Add all the spices and the ground onion. Fry for about one minute.
- Add the prawns, sugar, salt, coconut milk and cook on a low flame for about 20 minutes or until the prawns turn tender and the gravy is thick.
INGREDIENTS
- 550 grams Fresh prawns, shelled, deveined, rinsed and drained
- 225 ml fresh Coconut milk
- 200 ml IDHAYAM sesame Oil
- 1 Onion ground to a paste
- 1 Onion sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried ginger powdered
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
