Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and fry the onions and ginger-garlic paste till golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and the powdered spices, fry for 2 minutes. Add the prawns with the remaining ingredients and cook covered for 10 minutes.
- Cook, uncovered, on a low flame for about 5 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams Fresh prawns shelled, cleaned and washed
- 200 grams minced Onions
- 200 ml thick coconut milk
- 100 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 150 grams Tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
