SINDHI FISH CURRY

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the fish with salt and keep aside for about half an hour, rinse and drain.
- Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the tomatoes, ground masala paste and powdered spices. Stir well, cook covered till well blended.
- Add the fish pieces, mix well and cook on a low flame till well done. Make sure not to break the fish pieces.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg Promfret or any other fish, cut into thick slices washed and drained
- 150 grams Tomatoes finely chopped
- Chilli powder, to taste
- 2½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon Coriander seeds powder
- Salt to taste
- 100 ml cooking oil
Grind to a coarse paste
- 5-6 Green chillies
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves
- 1 pod Garlic
- 150 grams chopped Onion
