GRILLED MASALA FISH GRAVY

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the fish with little salt and turmeric powder for about 20 minutes. Drain well, apply ghee on both sides and grill the fish till well-browned.
- Combine the coconut milk and ground masala paste. Add curry leaves, turmeric powder and cook till the gravy thickens. Add the grilled fish and cook for about 3-5 more minutes. Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg Pomfrets, whole, cleaned, rinsed, incised
- 250 ml Thick coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Few Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Grind to a fine paste
- ¾ teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves
- 6 Green chillies
- 1" piece Ginger
- 3-4 cloves Garlic
- 6 Peppercorns
