Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a large pan, add the onion and fry till light brown. Add the masala paste and saute until the oil floats on the surface. Then add the fish pieces and fry lightly.
- Add a 3 tablespoon of coconut milk and stir well. Add the rice flour to the remaining thin coconut milk and mix to a smooth paste.
- Add this paste to the mixture in the pan and stir well. Adjust seasoning with salt and let the mixture boil. Finally add vinegar and the thick coconut milk.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams pieces of Ghol fish
- 250 ml Coconut, grated
- 150 grams Onion finely chopped
- 5 Green chillies, slit lengthwise
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
- 3 teaspoon Rice flour
- Cooking oil as required
- Salt to taste

- 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 4 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
