Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ginger-garlic paste for a few minutes.
- Add the onions with the powdered spices, bay leaves, cardamoms, salt and fry for one more minute.
- Add the curd and mix well. Add a cup of water and bring to a boil. Add the fried fish pieces and cook for 10-12 minutes.

- 750 grams Fish cut into large pieces, rinsed, drained, deep fried and drained
- 100 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 90 grams Curd beaten
- 3 Onions chopped, fried and ground
- 2 teaspoon Ginger - garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 2 Green cardamoms
- 2 Bay leaves
- Salt to taste
