Preparation Method :
- Heat the ghee in a large heavy-bottomed pan and fry the onion, garlic and parsley gently.
- Add the chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, coconut and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Add the tomatoes and fry gently on a low flame until tender. Add the lemon juice and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- Heat the mixture on a low flame for 5 minutes and add the fish pieces.
- Cook covered for about 8-10 minutes on a low flame and take care not to break the fillets.

- 500 grams cod fish, cleaned
- 3 Tomatoes thinly sliced
- 2 Onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 tablespoon desiccated Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 3-4 cloves minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoon minced Parsley
- Salt to taste
