CURRIED FISH
                            This curried fish is extremely delicious and best suited for all occasions. This dish is made up of large fish fillets, ground turmeric, curry powder, flour and other seasonings. Other extra tasty ingredients are also added on its toppings for best cooking results.

                    Preparation Method :
- Marinate the fish in the lemon juice for 10 minutes. Combine the turmeric, curry powder, flour and paprika on a plate.
- Dip the fish fillets into the mixture to coat both sides.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the fish and fry for 4 to 5 minutes each side.
- Sprinkle the fish with chives.
- Serve with plain boiled rice, finely sliced cucumber in plain yogurt, and a tomato and onion salad.
- Serve Immediately.

- 4 large fish fillets
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 50 grams plain flour
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Cooking oil for shallow frying
- Chopped chives to garnish
