COD IN TOMATO SAUCE
Cod in Tomato Sauce is introduced to people in order that they can try something new! In fact, this is not only introduced for the sake that it’s something new! It is because it contains healthy ingredients like olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, white wine, chopped parsley, black pepper and salt!

Preparation Method :
- First make the tomato sauce. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the tomatoes, garlic, parsley, wine, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour half the sauce into a shallow casserole dish, lay the fish on top and cover with the remaining sauce.
- Cover and cook in a preheated moderately hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked.
- Turn on to a warmed dish and serve immediately.

- 8 cod steaks, fresh or frozen

- 8 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 kg tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 8 tablespoons dry white wine
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
