- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the chopped ingredients and add the powdered spices, vinegar, salt and the fish pieces. Fry well till the fish is almost done.
- Add the coconut milk. Simmer till the fish is well-cooked and serve hot with steamed rice.

- 750 grams Fish, cleaned, rinsed and drained
- 350 ml Thick coconut milk
- 2 Onions finely chopped
- 50 ml IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- 9 Green chillies finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Vinegar to taste
- Chilli powder, pepper and salt to taste
