CRAB CURRY

Preparation Method :

  • Combine the crabs, ground masala and water and bring to a boil. Adjust seasoning with salt. Simmer till the crabs are well-cooked.
  • Fry the minced garlic in oil. Pour this seasoning over the boiling curry. Simmer for few minutes and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 9 - 10 medium Crabs, cleaned and rinsed    
  • 9 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 5 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil    
  • Salt to taste

Grind to a fine paste

  • 1 Onion, kept whole and roasted
  • 15-20 Red chillies, roasted    
  • 6 cloves Garlic    
  • ¼ Coconut, cut into big pieces and roasted
  • Lemon sized ball Tamarind    
  • 20-25 Peppercorns, roasted
  • 1 teaspoon roasted coriander seeds     
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
