Preparation Method :
- Combine the crabs, ground masala and water and bring to a boil. Adjust seasoning with salt. Simmer till the crabs are well-cooked.
- Fry the minced garlic in oil. Pour this seasoning over the boiling curry. Simmer for few minutes and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 9 - 10 medium Crabs, cleaned and rinsed
- 9 cloves Garlic, minced
- 5 tablespoon IDHAYAM Sesame Oil
- Salt to taste
Grind to a fine paste
- 1 Onion, kept whole and roasted
- 15-20 Red chillies, roasted
- 6 cloves Garlic
- ¼ Coconut, cut into big pieces and roasted
- Lemon sized ball Tamarind
- 20-25 Peppercorns, roasted
- 1 teaspoon roasted coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
