- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion lightly. Add the remaining ingredients. Combine together and blend well.
- Serve with rotis.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams surmai, cut into small pieces, rinsed, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon grated coconut
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
- 4 - 6 minced Garlic cloves
- 4 - 5 kokums
- Salt to taste
