DRY PRAWN CHUTNEY

Preparation Method :
- Heat a little oil on a flat pan and fry the dry prawns till brown and crisp. Keep aside.
- Fry the garlic and red chillies well in a little oil. Then add the onion and fry for 2 more minutes. Remove from flame and cool.
- Grind the fried masala along with the coconut, tamarind and salt to a paste. Pound the fried prawns to a dry coarse powder. Add to the fried masala paste. Mix and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Dry prawns cleaned, washed and dried
- 10 - 12 Red chillies
- 75 grams Coconut, grated
- 10 - 12 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- Lemon- sized ball Tamarind
- Cooking oil as required
- Salt to taste
